It seems the dmesg output you had attached was after the dmesg buffer
had filled up and was overwritten.  It doesn't really have any
information that could be used to help debug the suspend issue you are
seeing.  Care to reattach your dmesg output after an attempted
suspend/resume cycle as outlined here:

Also, I am going to reassign this to the Hardy kernel source package
'linux'.  It is important to make sure bugs have a package associated
with them to help ensure they get looked at by the proper developers.
