I reproduced in Gusty (ubuntu). When trying to add a new user: - Click "System" -> "Administration" -> "Users and Groups" - Click "Add User" - In the "Real Name" field, type a name, for example, "dave" - Fill in the password, etc - Click "OK" - Close the "Users and Groups (User settings)" window - Re-open via "System" -> "Administration" -> "Users and Groups - delete user "dave" - Close the "Users and Groups (User settings)" window - Re-open via "System" -> "Administration" -> "Users and Groups
