This has become more important see the upstream Debian bug: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=462598
Essentially Fedora upgraded its unison version to 2.27 and because Unison requires that both the client and the server are running the same major version (currently 2.27) of the program it is no longer possible to synchronize using Unison with Ubuntu (including Hardy). There appears to be little (read no) activity in getting an updated package from the Debian maintainer and even Debian unstable still includes 2.13 which is incompatible with 2.27. -- Feature Freeze Exception request for unison 2.27.57 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/194924 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
