I fixed this problem installing OOo from www.openoffice.ux.pl, but that's only Polish language version. You may try installing English debs from OpenOffice.org official website, it will work for 99,9%. http://download.openoffice.org/other.html But for now, we are waiting for a fix for "native" Gutsy release of OOo.
Therefore I'm not sure that it's a good idea to mark it "Fix released", because this bug is connected exclusively to 7.10 Ubuntu release. And the second reason it that while marked fixed, no developers will be interested in reading this thread. So let's mark it "Confirmed" until there is a really working fix for Gutsy, because many people will still be using Gutsy for many months after Hardy release, while Hardy will have many many new bugs concering other software.
