@James Justin Harrell Well, I installed a very long time ago, and several xorg.conf revisions ago, so that isn't really a good test :)
Which makes me wonder if this is an upgrade issue. If possible, could you test using a live CD -- that would have "defaults" without any legacy issues getting involved. Thanks.
