Binary package hint: ubuntu-desktop
I use Gutsy Gibbon.
This is a request, presumably for the next release, to package up the
pptpconfig package from quozl.netrek.org.
network-manager-pptp has some severe limitations, not the least it's
refusal to connect unless it can see the underlying connection, which it
can't when the underlying connection is dialup.
