Both upstream openoffice.org 2.4.0~rc2 and Ubuntu's openoffice.org
1:2.4.0~rc2-1ubuntu3 render oo-welcome.odt differently than each other
and the version in Ubuntu 6.10. I guess the next step is to try to find
an upstream version from 6.10 timeframe and see how it renders the
document then potentially file a bug report against upstream that 2.0 ->
2.4 changed layout (if it in fact did).
