Hello, I had the same issue and was able to correct it following this procedure.
sudo dpkg -r flashplugin-nonfree sudo dpkg --purge flashplugin-nonfree sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree Jacob: Thank you for the pointer to Adobe, but this is a packaging problem, not a code problem. Something in the new firefox beta is breaking the previously working plugin, and freshening the package fixes it. Some attention to what the Firefox package is overwriting will likely fix this bug. -Ellie -- Adobe Flash Player 9 stops at 2 seconds in on YouTube Videos. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/120922 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
