I'm reopening this bug because, for some reason, the package is not
building on amd64. The build daemon doesn't appear to even be trying,
despite amd64 being in the control file now. Gnome-app-install still
has it unclickable, and apt-get install zsnes fails to find a package on
amd64. It's just not being built.
However, apt-get --build source zsnes will work (though when I did this
it would segfault on startup). Something weird is going on.
