The openoffice.org-l10n-* packages only are for the user interface being
localized to that language, which already is shortened in the Language
option section. You don't need to have various interface l10n packages
installed to write in the other languages so it wouldn't be a good thing
to require them be installed to show up as a language you can write in.
So I am marking this bug as Fix Released since the interface drop down
only lists the entries for packages you have installed in Ubuntu hardy
(8.04)
