Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

PNG rendering is inconsistent on localhost vs. live server.

With the attached png for instance, I can see it as it should be on the
localhost just fine at 77x77px, but when I upload to a server, the png
renders differently, as if scaled by 8px, 4 on each side - resulting in
an image of size 85x85px.

I've used other browsers (IceWeasel) and confirmed this is not a server
problem on my side, but a Firefox specific bug..

I am currently using Hardy Heron and Firefox 3.0b3

cat /etc/lsb-release:

What I expected to happen: Render the image at a true 77 x 77px
