be4truth, This is definitely an upstream issue, I tried using the official Linux 2.4.0~rc2 and it has the same issue as the Ubuntu version so it probably won't be fixed in time for Ubuntu 8.04 (hardy). Hopefully they will get it fixed in time for 3.0
