This bug easy to reproduce:
1. /opt/kvm/bin/qemu-system-x86_64 -net nic -net tap,ifname=tap0 -m 512
ubuntu.qcow2 -cdrom /home/testing/isos/hardy-desktop-i386.iso -boot d -soundhw
ac97
2. start displayconfig-gtk and try to change resolution.
