Public bug reported:
If you install i8kutils, it installs a program i8kmon that is a panel
applet, but this doesn't show up in the "Add to Panel..." dialog, and I
don't know how to add it. If I run the program by itself from the
command line, it pops up in a tiny window instead of on the panel
itself.
