This is my locale output. I also notice that when I paste it, it is
pasting in the same format that is on the website, ie. blue, bold, and
underlined. Does this happen for you as well?

Are there any other settings you have in OO.o that I may not have so I
can try and reproduce this? At this time I am still unable to reproduce
it. Thanks!
