OpenOffice.org 2.4.0~rc2 properly restricts use in the pdf, evince
doesn't care, and actually probably shouldn't care since DRM sucks. But
if the user happens to be using official acrobat then the document
restricts them from being able to do anything useful if the security
options are used when exporting in OpenOffice.
