Option to "add" custom settings in Hardy Heron should NOT depend on
simple-ccsm since is way underpowered compared to ccsm.

users should have the extra option link directly to simple-ccsm and give
the advanced users the ability to run "custom" with a direct link to
ccsm (if installed) not simple-ccsm.

As of now in hardy heron, the custom settings is useless since it links
to simple-ccsm and leaves no option to the advanced users but to
uninstall all compiz and reinstall and make a custom config all by
itself.

This behavior is detrimental to advanced users in favor of newbies,
please, try to balance things out.

The way Gutsy behaves is more balanced than hardy as of now.
