Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

nautilus 1:2.20.0-0ubuntu7.1

I'll open a window, and see a bunch of .JPG files -- some with
thumbnails, and some with little icons that look vaguely like a 35mm
slide. Nothing I can think of will turn the 35mm slide icons into
thumbnails. I suspect, but am not certain, that the files that lack
thumbnails were created by the GIMP, but I'm certain that they're all
genuine JPEG files -- "file" reports "JPEG image data, EXIF standard
2.21" on them (as well as on the files which _do_ have thumbnails).
