I can confirm this on a Thinkpad T43p after updating last night. For me, its stuck at: Computer is running on battery power. Laptop battery fully charged (99%) Battery charge time is currently unknown If I plug in, I can get it to say Computer is plugged in, charging, etc, but still no battery state and always at 99%. Addtionally, the tray icon is always the "I'm plugged in and fully charged" icon. uname -a: Linux euler 2.6.24-8-generic #1 SMP Thu Feb 14 20:40:45 UTC 2008 i686 GNU/Linux dpkg -l | grep gnome-power-manager: 2.21.1-0ubuntu1 cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT0/*: alarm: 3263 mWh present: yes design capacity: 77750 mWh last full capacity: 65260 mWh battery technology: rechargeable design voltage: 10800 mV design capacity warning: 3263 mWh design capacity low: 200 mWh capacity granularity 1: 1 mWh capacity granularity 2: 1 mWh model number: IBM-92P1068 serial number: 1799 battery type: LION OEM info: Panasonic present: yes capacity state: ok charging state: discharging present rate: 19455 mW remaining capacity: 54670 mWh present voltage: 11777 mV lshal output is attached. ** Attachment added: "lshal_output" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/12156766/lshal_output -- gnome-power-manager does not work as expected after updates.
