Well, suspend continues to fail sometimes, but I don't think its a gpm issue, ie, gpm doesn't crash anymore. I'm already using Hardy.
In order to fix suspend I tried all possible hal quirks but it continues to fail.. and it's very difficult to know the cause because usually it runs without problems but sometimes it fails.
