Knowing that the data for command-not-found is generated automatically I don't understand why making an exception in the generation-process for ndiswrapper (making ndiswrapper point to ndiswrapper-utils-1.9 instead of ndiswrapper-common is not possible). Furthermore I think you misunderstood the problem. This bug isn't about a missing internet connection. The problem is, that ndiswrapper-common installs nothing but a useless wrapper-script.
The package not found is another problem which should actually be a different bug that affects the documentation, but not command-not-found- data. -- command-not-found suggests ndiswrapper-common instead of ndiswrapper-utils-1.9 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/121118 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
