Thanks for your bug submission.
If you open with acroread (8), and view the security settings, the
document is set to "Printing No" so the security settings do not allow
printing. That is a shame.
To install acroread and verify yourself:
>sudo apt-get install acroread
Marking as invalid because document security is causing this issue. Not
really a bug.
