It happened again when trying to shut my computer down after writing these replies. So I just started it again and I'm including the output of dmesg. Would any other logs be useful?
I've noticed it happens more frequently (if not only) when I've had more than my 'standard' programs running (Deluge, cGmail and Pidgin). It hasn't happened when I've just had my computer on where only Deluge was downloading (and cGmail and Pidgin was sitting in the background).
