Thanks for your bug submission.  Works OK on an Intel 945 GM graphics
machine.  After a cursory search, I couldn't find the mahjongg
preference file, but perhaps you could edit that file and remove the
fullscreen tag and see if it comes up in a smaller window.

Marking as Confirmed.  Strickly for the nuisance factor.  We can't have
a wonky mahjongg floating in the wild.  However, this may be a subtle
nVidia driver problem.

You are running the standard nvidia driver.  Have you tried in a
terminal:

>sudo envy

to get the latest nvidia restricted drivers?  If that fixes it, then we
can put this bug to bed.
