Answer: The extension has been moved. Look at /user/lib/xorg/modules &
libglx.so most likely will show a broken link.
To fix: libglx.so needs to point to
/user/lib/modules/extensions/libglx.so.whatever your version is....I use
nvidia-glx-new, so I made a new link to libglx.so.169.09 & then
restarted the xserver.
