It can be a bug, but your report doesn't present enough information to
help diagnose the issue, and the bug tracker isn't a place for getting
support. Things getting broken after updates when the archive is in a
state of flux is common in the development branch. This is why it's
better to post to the forums to see if others are having similar issues
before filing a bug report on issues like this.

Try updating your system from the command line a while later and see if
the problem is fixed. If not, take a look at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProcedures and see if you can come up
with useful information. If you can, feel free to reopen the bug.
