Public bug reported:
If I have my laptop on AC power the battery applet still shows status as
"charging from battery" and charge percent is (logically) always 100%.
When I disconnect from AC and leave on battery for some time the battery
percent changes from 100% to 98%. The percent doesn't change after. So I
have no way to see the correct battery charge.
