Public bug reported:

i've tested also on the latest hardy live-cd, after returning from a s3
acpi sleep 2d performance is almost twice as slow.

steps to reproduce : download latest hardy or stable iso, boot,
install/run xengine, sleep/resume, run xengine again.

work around : restart X

hardware : IBM Thinkpad R51 (Intel pentium-m, ATI Radeon 9000)

by default xorg doesn't set my videocard in 4x AGP mode, adding a Option
"AGPMode" "4" in xorg.conf makes it even clearer it is allot slower
after a resume, on my laptop the fps from xengine goes from ~12000fps to
~5700fps

perhaps someone with ATI hardware could try and reproduce this also ?

if more information is needed please let me know.
