I may have the same issue with my Acer Aspire 5050. Does this sound like the same problem?
Whenever I suspend and then resume, more than half of the time, the CPU is at 100%, but top/htop output does not show me what is using the CPU that much. If I kill X (ctrl+alt+backspace), the CPU jumps back down below 100%. Some threads I started on Ubuntu forums but so far have come across no working solution: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=4405588 http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=686172 -- [gutsy] fglrx breaks over suspend/resume https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/121653 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
