Thanks for the bug submission. Triaged to Confirmed. I've noticed this
behavior as well. It's annoying. I'm not sure if the key search delay
can be changed or if one delay will work for most hardware. Perhaps a
dialog could be added: Please select your keyboard from the list below,
or slowly type in the first few letters: For example Fr for French
keyboard."
