Strangely, I was able to print page 9 of 20 of my VerizonWireless statement, but printing page 5 produced no results: no printing, no error, nothing in the printer queue. Print preview gave the error: Unable to open document / Unhandled MIME type: “text/plain”. Closing Evince and opening an old Verizon statement from 2005 worked: I get a print preview without an error. And yet the more recent ones still give the error. The attached pdf is the one that started the problem, and now won't print. I'll try to send another comment with a file that doesn't give the error.
