When you copy the files to the hard disk, do you get any crash dialogs at all, or does the copy dialog simply disappear? We need the crash report to come from the file manager itself to be able to obtain the proper information.
Does the file eventually copy fine? If not, it is very possible that that portion of your USB drive is corrupted. If you think this may be the case, try copying it onto another computer to see if the problem occurs. Also, if the files are not private, could you provide the names of them and their file sizes? Thanks! ** Changed in: nautilus (Ubuntu) Sourcepackagename: nspluginwrapper => nautilus -- always at the end of copy.
