This is a deliberate feature of apport, since in the past we got too many crash reports about problems which were already fixed in the current release.
The particular issue you had (the import error) should have been alleviated by: python-central (0.5.50ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low * Keep public modules available during upgrades. -- Matthias Klose <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sat, 16 Feb 2008 17:21:57 +0000 If you still encounter it on current Hardy, we should reopen this against python-central. (side remark: Internet Explorer under Hardy? wow, wine got that good? :-) ) ** Changed in: apport (Ubuntu) Status: New => Invalid -- Bug won't report with apport right https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/193580 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
