Instead of exiting, s-c-p should temporarily disable the "Show printers
shared by other systems" feature (with an internal ignore flag for each
missing CUPS server?). Presumably this also happens if one of many CUPS
servers on a large network is disconnected.

Till, is this a relatively simple fix for Hardy, or am I missing some
complexity?
