My resolution under GNOME is 1280x1024x60Hz (infor from LCD monitor). During boot, resolution is 1024x768x60Hz. It should be OK, but I see only a black screen. I see not synchronised signal, when I switch to console screen (CTRL+F1, F2...) From this sign I guess I have some problem with my video card driver.
Anyway, I tried to change upslash.conf as you sugested and rebuild ramdisk and it doesn't fix my problem. I tried with 17" analog monitor too, the same result. It points to problem with video card driver, isn't it? -- Ubuntu graphical boot uses too high horizontal frequency (LCD display problem) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/81206 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
