I'm about to upload, but I'd like to request approval to upload today's tarball instead of February 14th as approved. This is because the locales installation wasn't working in the Ubuntu package since upstream changed it a bit as to add an optional --with-language. I could workaround it or patch it myself, but this would need relibtoolizing so as the fix has been included upstream it's easier to just take the new tarball.
