The target distribution should be hardy, not gutsy (change this in
debian/changelog). If you think this is important enough to be fixed in
Gutsy too, after getting it into Hardy follow the SRU process
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates). Also, the syntax for
closing an Ubuntu bug is "LP: #nnnn", not "Closes: #nnnn" (which is for
Debian).
