Hi Dominic, Nice to talk to you. I don't think that this is the same issue. I think that Alexander's issue is that he didn't have a correctly configured DVB device. Your issue sounds like the device exists but is being used, possibly by the MythTV backend. Have you shutdown the MythTV service? Sorry if this is already obvious to you. If you've already done this then we'll move on to the next step.
