I have a couple of problems with vertical workspace switchers in Gutsy
on amd64, no desktop effects. Let me know if I should open a new bug
report for any of these.

The most glaring bug is that I cannot add a workspace switcher to a
vertical panel. I can add other widgets, but when I try to add a
workspace switcher nothing happens. I can add one to a horiz panel and
then move it to a vertical panel, or change a horiz panel to a vertical
one in which case the switcher remains. It *seems* like the bug is in
the switcher itself, but I have not investigated any further.

The more annoying bug is that changing the number of rows on a vertical
w.s. switcher has no effect. I have 5 workspaces (2560x1024 each) so
you can imagine that cramming the switcher into a width of 40-60 pixels
is terribly useless. I'll provide screenshots if they will help.

If the rows setting worked on a vertical switcher that would be great.
If the # of rows defaulted to <# of desktops> in a vertical switcher and
instead provided a cols setting, that would be excellent.
