However I cannot reproduce your issue with the current Hardy.
My gconf entry is set to "<Shift><Alt>Tab" which makes the shortcut work for me.
Are you using desktop effects (compiz)? These could alter your shortcuts and
cause the problem.
Although this report has no package assigned, I'm leaving it blank now until we
can figure out what seems to be the problem in your case.
