According to
http://list.nessus.org/pipermail/nessus/2007-May/016894.html , the URL
for the all-2.0.tar.gz file has moved to:

http://www.nessus.org/all-2.0-gpl.tar.gz

It is not there, either, unfortunately. I've tried several variants of
the recommended URL, with no luck.

However, according to that post, the version of Nessus that is in
synaptic (2.2.9-2), has been end-of-lifed by Tenable, and new plugins
won't work with any older versions (including the one in use by Ubuntu).
They're saying everyone needs to upgrade to 2.2.10.

Are there plans to upgrade Nessus to 2.2.10 for Ubuntu 8.04?
