My own list, for the UK and not Ubuntu specific: http://technolalia.org/resources/uklinuxhardware.html LXer list (covers much of the world, and specifies distro): http://lxer.com/module/forums/t/23168/ I feel that the large job is not listing or tabulating the data, but simply getting Ubuntu pre-installed by vendors. In the meantime, the Ubuntu website should have a list of hardware vendors, just as it does with service partners.
