The error message seems to be related to Java RE. I think that is perfectly OK.

Delete the ~/.opera directory. Perhaps this appears to be a bug affecting the opera package in Ubuntu. Can you try the static Opera 9.25 (available directly from Opera, not an Ubuntu package) here: http://www.opera.com/download/get.pl?distro=other%2Fstatic+deb&id=30468%2C30467&tgz=on However, I tried starting Opera from terminal this way and got the first two lines beginning with "ERROR:" (the lines were outputted again when I exited Opera0, but none of the latter lines ("Message"). But Opera worked perfectly fine. -- opera doesn't start https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/183802 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
