Maybe xgl/compiz packages are uninstalled, but not all packages from this repo are uninstalled. The version of libgl1-mesa-dri installed on your computer (6.5.1-0ubuntu10) comes from the xgl/compiz repo, the official one has 6.4.1-0ubuntu8. So your bug is actually a duplicate of this one.
