One useful info for using the files provided with my previous post on
Ubuntu Gutsy: wavstreamer is looking for /usr/lib/libFLAC.so.7 file
(library) which is not available. You have to create a "fake" one by
creating a symbolic link to /usr/lib/libFLAC.so.8.0.1. I dit it with
KDE, but in a terminal, the command would be:

 ln /usr/lib/libFLAC.so.8.0.1 /usr/lib/libFLAC.so.7

With this setup, transcoding oog to wav in Firefly (mt-daapd) works well
for me

Hope this helps.
