It shows how the gnome panel completely freezes when more than 7 windows is opened. Demonstrated on Hardy Alpha4, GNOME 2.21. This bug makes vertical panel usage completely unusable. This bug appeared in GNOME 2.20 (in 2.18 it was not perfect but it worked).
