Yes of course. This bug is related to bug 188734. Steps to reproduce:
1) Insert a protected memory-card in a card reader. In my case it was a SD card in my laptop's internal reader. The card should be locked in order to not allow deletion of files. 2) Browse the contents of the card from a natilus window. 3) Try to move any file (DEL key) to the trash.
