It depends on the libnss3-1d package version. The missing symbol is now in libnssutil3 that only my PPA provides (it is missing from the nss in hardy).
In what debian called 3.12.0~1.9b1, that symbol was in libnss3.so, and it has been moved (by upstream) in libnssutil3.so (around mid October). In 3.12.0~1.9b2, libnssutil3.so.1d has been missed, and then all the corresponding symbols.
