The .deb file on www.webmin.com now installs fine on gutsy with all dependencies. Ubuntu and Debian do not officially support it. I still can't get by without it though. Use is at your own risk.
ps: I have not ever had even one problem on Ubuntu, Debian, SuSE or Fedora. All my box's here run Ubuntu and Webmin now.
