No, I still think it's a bug. The window is indeed supposed to snap to the edge of the screen, and wobble when dragged away - and it does. But what I'm trying to point out is a different story. The wobble happens when the window is in mid- transition between two workspaces, just after the rotation of the cube. And it can get pretty wild sometimes, with the window looking like it's being torn apart.
